Andrew Bracey is a Partner at Midlothian Capital Partners. He is Chairman of MCP investments Dobbies Garden Centres and Park Leisure. Prior to founding MCP Andrew had a 24-year career in corporate finance, private equity and public companies. Most recently, Andrew was Chief Financial Officer of Michael Page PLC. Prior to this, he was CFO at Ocado Group PLC, helping the company through its IPO in 2010. Before joining Ocado, Andrew was head of Barclays Capital PIA, where he led a number of transactions, including Somerfield and Alliance Boots. Prior to this, Andrew held senior banking positions at UBS and Credit Suisse, where he focused on retail M&A.

Aidan Clegg is a Partner at Midlothian Capital partners. He is a Non-Executive Director at Dobbies Garden Centres and Park Leisure. Prior to founding MCP Aidan had a 24-year career in corporate finance with UBS, Nomura and BNP Paribas, completing over 40 transactions. Aidan's retail transactions include the disposal of HMV from EMI and the subsequent combination with Waterstone's, the purchase of Ottaker, the sale of Waterstone's and helping defend J Sainsbury from a hostile takeover. Prior to his banking career, Aidan was an auditor at PwC.

Neil Currie is a Partner at Midlothian Capital Partners. He is a non-executive director at Dobbies Garden Centres and Park Leisure. Prior to founding MCP Neil had a 22-year career as a leading and award-winning equity analyst in New York and London, specialising in retail. Neil was head of UBS's US consumer research group and also led UBS's retail research team globally. Prior to his City and Wall Street career, Neil was Head of National Marketing Campaigns at Tesco PLC.
