Midlothian Capital Partners Limited was established in 2015, with offices in London and Connecticut. Our patient capital approach is focused on consumer, retail education industries.

In July 2016 MCP led a consortium of investors in the purchase of Dobbies Garden Centres from Tesco PLC. Dobbies is the UK's second largest specialist garden centre retailer, operating 35 garden centres across Scotland, England and Northern Ireland.

In Spring 2017, MCP and fellow investors agreed, in partnership with Park Leisure's co-founder and management team, to purchase Park Leisure 2000 Limited, the UK's leading luxury holiday park operator.

In January 2019 MCP led the acquisition of HB Education Limited, incorporating PGL, the iconic outdoor education/adventure business, and student travel brands including NST and EST.
